Barigadam is operated by a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation. We develop and supply robotics components and related digital materials for students, educators, teams, and professionals.

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• You must not use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Site and its content (including text, images, logos, design elements, firmware, documentation, and code) are owned by Barigadam or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose, provided you comply with these Terms.

You may use downloads and materials made available by us (such as datasheets, manuals, example code, and firmware) for personal, educational, or internal team use.

• You must not remove proprietary notices in copies of downloaded materials.
• You must not publicly repost or redistribute our materials (including mirroring) without permission.
• You must not modify licensed materials where a license prohibits modifications.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice. Some materials on the Site may be out of date, and we do not commit to updating all product materials immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Payment providers may process your data under their own policies.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital products are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

• You may use digital products for personal, educational, or internal team use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or publish digital products.
• You may not remove branding, licensing notices, or attribution.

If you require commercial redistribution or special licensing terms, contact us before use.

Additional terms may apply to purchases, promotions, specific product pages, or particular features. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific feature’s terms, the specific terms control for that feature.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not:

• Use automated tools (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access, copy, or monitor the Site or its content.
• Attempt unauthorized access (hacking, password mining, or other illegitimate means).
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or bypass security measures.
• Take actions that impose an unreasonable load or interfere with proper operation of the Site.

Our products may be used in educational, research, and competition environments. Compliance with competition rules, safety standards, and local regulations is the responsibility of the user.

We are not responsible for disqualification, scoring, or competition outcomes.

You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.

The Site and all content and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barigadam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or competition results.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (and/or block future access) if we determine that you violated these Terms, for security reasons, legal requests, discontinuation or modification of the Site, or technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim related to your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, otherwise the claim is barred.

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, they will be treated as non-confidential, and we may use them without restriction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or replaced to reflect the original intent as closely as possible.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Barigadam regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence may also apply.
